Brewing Method
全有機/生物動力法耕作、全梗發酵與極輕柔浸漬。 採收後保留 100% 全葡萄梗（Whole-cluster），於開放式法式大橡木槽中進行原生酵母自然發酵。採用極其輕柔的浸漬方式（低頻率踩皮與淋皮，類似「泡茶」萃取），發酵完成後轉入 大尺寸舊橡木桶（Oak Foudres） 熟成約 14–18 個月，不澄清、不過濾裝瓶。
