開瓶即綻放出極其純淨成熟的黑櫻桃、野覆盆子與高雅的紫羅蘭花香，隨後漸次推開甘草、濕石礦物、森林地表與法式橡木桶帶來的微量東方辛香料氣息。
入口質地如天鵝絨般絲滑飽滿，成熟果肉感濃郁集中，被高亢鮮活的天然酸度精準拉引，單寧極度細致且充滿骨架張力，中段展現出豐富的層次感，尾韻悠長乾淨，滿溢冷涼鹹感礦物回甘。
將 Gevrey-Chambertin 傳統的雄渾骨架，巧妙轉化為精緻花香與天鵝絨單寧，是村莊級單一園中的頂尖水準佳釀。
