Tasting Notes
呈現深沉無比的深紅寶石色澤，核心近乎不透明黑紫色，杯緣閃耀著亮麗紫紅色光澤。黏稠度高，酒腳滑落極為緩密且勻稱。
香氣濃郁奔放且極富層次。開瓶即綻放出黑醋栗、熟透黑櫻桃、黑李與黑巧克力的濃厚氣息，隨後層層展現紫羅蘭花香、冷萃咖啡、雪松、香草、煙草以及上邁波谷獨特的桉樹與印地安辛香料韻味。
入口豐滿強勁且圓潤絲滑。酸度鮮明活潑，完美平衡了 14.9% 的豐厚酒精感；單寧數量龐大卻極其精細，如天鵝絨般包覆口腔。中段果香濃縮飽滿，尾韻長達一分鐘以上，帶有黑巧克力、烤松子與礦物質回甘。
