Brewing Method
嚴格人工採收並進行二次果實篩選，極輕柔壓榨後，不添加人工酵母，採用 100% 原生酵母於傳統 1,200L 中型老木桶（Stückfass）與 2,400L 大木桶（Doppelstück）中緩慢自然發酵。發酵完成後與細酵母酒泥接觸培養（Sur Lie）約 10–12 個月，不澄清、微過濾裝瓶，極大化保留風土純粹度。
